SHIPPING POLICY - Freight charges are stated as a guideline. If charges are more than estimated guideline, you will be responsible for those charges. Hathaway ships prepaid and adds the freight charges to your invoice.

. UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

RETURNS - Returns are allowed within 30 days if the product was not a "special order item" for us. Call 1-540-949-8285 to receive authorization. You will receive credit for merchandise returned but not for freight. Return freight to us is also your responsibility.
