Hathaway represents industry leaders such as 3M, Kimberly Clark, Sealed-Air Corporation, and Hillyard. These mills, in addition to multiple others, introduce a vast array of products each year. Hathaway evaluates these offerings and introduces products best suited for your specific needs. This reduces the sheer volume of products your purchasing staff needs to examine.
SALES REPRESENTATION
Hathaway's representatives are one of our customer's greatest assets. Assuming no two facilities have the same needs, our representatives advise you on the best products and procedures needed to achieve the results you desire. At scheduled intervals, we reevaluate to insure that your standards are being met.
TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Equipment, both packaging and maintenance, is a growing percentage of our sales base. In order to receive initial equipment orders as well as repeat ones, a company has to be able to support the equipment after the sale. Hathaway's Technical Service Department recognizes this important fact and strives to keep our customer's equipment running efficiently. Our outside service personnel work closely with our sales representatives to present the appropriate unit for your unique application. At delivery, the unit is set-up or installed by our well-trained personnel and your operators are trained. This service is included in the price of the unit. After the sale, Technical Service can provide ongoing service by offering warranty work, repairs, or additional training, all at a competitive hourly rate.
DELIVERY
Hathaway further enhances the value of each product with an order processing and customer service department that uses a state-of-the-art computer system to fill orders quickly and accurately. Our goal is to always be prepared to ship your order just in time to meet your needs.
